POUILLY-VINZELLES FUT DE CHENE “Quintessence” 2022

Origin

This Pouilly-Vinzelles has been vinified and aged over months in Burgundy pieces (228L oak barrels each), in order to give it the spirit of the Grands Bourgognes.

Colour:

Sustained gold, straw.

Nose:

Intense, a lemony opening with honeyed and toasted notes.

Taste:

An exuberant richness is marked by candied fruit, vanilla and liquorice. The aromatic persistence is exceptional.

Food-wine pairings:

Roast chicken with morels, curried lamb, vol-au-vent.

ABV: 13%

Ageing: 5 to 12 years

Serve between: 14 and 16°C
