Origin
This Saint-Véran Vieilles Vignes, harvested at the "Le Village" locality in Chânes, comes from a selection of plots from our best Saint-Véran. The 70-year-old vines are planted on limestone with entroques (marine fossils) covered with clay with chailles (silicified concretions).
Colour:
Yellow, brilliant and crystalline.
Nose:
Fine, intense with aromas of ripe exotic fruits (mango, pineapple) and yellow fruits (plum).
Taste:
A round wine, lots of volume, fleshy. A nice length with menthol notes.
Food-wine pairings:
To be enjoyed with a prawn risotto with chorizo, stuffed chicken breasts, sautéed veal with olives or an andouillette gratin.

ABV: 12.5%
Ageing: 2 to 7 years
Serve between: 12 and 13°C
