Origin

This Mâcon-Fuissé is produced in the town of Fuissé. Its terroir benefits from a continental climate and calcareous or limestone soils

Colour:

Deep gold with bright green reflections.

Nose:

Flattering aromas of flowers (broom, hawthorn) and ripe fruit (mirabelle plum, quince, vine peach).

Taste:

Intense roundness on the attack, mineral, elegant and fine. A beautiful concentration recalling the noble origin of Fuissé. A few notes of white flowers, ripe fruits as well as a dried fruit mix. A mineral touch at the end of the palette with a good lengt

Food-wine pairings:

Aperitifs, salmon with sorrel, fish in sauce and hors d'oeuvres.

Ageing: 2 to 3 years

Serve between: 12 and 13°C
